Working with a local wholly Australian owned family business, Connecting2Australia packs retail ready pet treats for a seasonal rush. Individual pet treats are carefully picked by hand, then placed into individual blister pack shells, then slid into cardboard sleeves and sealed.
The project is time critical with accurate counting and packing of pallet loads for interstate and local distribution required. Connecting2Australia continues to enjoy this partnership.
Connecting2Australia has a longstanding relationship with Frankston RSL maintaining its grounds, lawns, pathways and car park areas.
The RSL has had feedback from its patrons declaring their support in engaging people with disability noting the quality of their work and work ethic.
This same work ethic extends to the shopping centres and schools that Connecting2Australia services. Our work crews are generally made up of four to five supported employees and a disability support worker.
This means we have a team of keen eyes and many hands to make sure that our litter picking and path cleaning helps to maintain a healthy, safe and clean environment and a more inclusive future.
